Two goals for Messi, two goals for Mbappe as PSG finish UEFA group stages in style

PSG played their last group stage match against Club Brugge today. The Paris giants finished the group stages in style after their wonderful performance.

PSG went to today’s game already qualified for the UEFA knockouts stages, as for Club Brugge they were battling for position number three. PSG started the game strong, they managed to get two goals before 10 minutes. Kylian Mbappe scored both goals at 2 and 7 minutes. Mbappe broke Lionel Messi’s record for youngest player with many goals.

Lionel Messi managed to score the third for PSG with an assist from Mbappe, PSG went to the half time leading 3-0. In the second half Club Brugge came on strong and kept possession most of the time which led to their first goal in the game scored by Mats Rits. Messi won a penalty at 76 minutes and he converted it to give PSG a 4-1 win.

PSG’s overall performance was better today compared to the past few games. The match ended with PSG winning 4-1.
